Role Purpose:

Reporting to the Spa Manager, the Spa Therapist will be required to have a thorough knowledge of the full variety of massage and beauty modalities and treatments offered, as well as a high standard of communications skills and knowledge of the products being used.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who will lead by example and demonstrate great attention to detail. You will also be naturally comfortable working with people and build connections easily.  

With a commitment to your industry and an inquisitive appetite for onward personal and professional growth, we welcome applications for individuals who demonstrate:

• A Diploma in Beauty or Massage Therapy 
• QLD RSA essential 
• A genuine ambition to offer the very best of service to our guests
• Confident experience in massage or facial and body treatments
• Recent experience in 5-star or Luxury Hotels would be beneficial 
• Display excellent customer service skills
• Full availability 
• Casual position - This is not a live-in role, accommodation not provided 
• Verbal Interview + Skills Test to be conducted in person in Cairns
