SPA THERAPIST - Hamilton Island

Hamilton Island’s Spa Wumurdaylin is seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our dedicated team of professionals. Offering a range of holistic spa, massage and skincare treatments, Spa Wumurdaylin features eleven luxurious treatment rooms, including couples’ suites and vichy and rain shower rooms - the perfect environment for guests to unwind in tropical paradise.

Where you’ll make an impact

- Deliver a range of spa and massage treatments to promote relaxation, healing and wellbeing
- Administer therapies to improve circulation, relieve tension and support guest recovery
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and presentation across all treatment areas
- Manage treatment room setup, including linen and product preparation
- Provide personalised, intuitive service in line with Hamilton Island’s standards of excellence
- Develop strong product knowledge and achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets

What we’re looking for

You’re an experienced, guest-focused Spa Therapist with a genuine passion for wellbeing and an eye for detail. You take pride in creating an atmosphere of calm and luxury, and thrive in a professional, high-end environment.

To be successful, you’ll need:

- Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy (Essential)
- Certification in Deep Tissue and/or Remedial Massage (Essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury spa environment (Essential)
- Current open driver’s licence (Desirable)
- Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
