About us

The Cattleman's Restaurant is an A la Carte restaurant in Dubbo, NSW. We are a busy restaurant open evenings for dinner only. In our main restaurant area we have 120 seats, in the adjacent function room we can cater up to 150 and we provide room service for 170 motel rooms and apartments. We pay all kitchen staff by the hour, including all penalties for weekends and overtime - no salary's where you work more than what you're paid This jobs is all evenings - no split shifts and flexible rostering but shifts do include weekends.

Qualifications & experience

  • 2 years experience cooking

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Preparation of ingredients & fresh produce

  • Cooking in different areas, including entrees, Main (pans, grill, oven) desserts and sides.

  • Work as a team with other chefs & kitchen staff

  • Work in a 250 seat A la Carte Restaurant.

  • Cater to a range of functions (set menu, buffet, finger food)
