About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our Sydney studio. This role is an exciting opportunity to support project leaders throughout all phases of projects across a variety of sectors, including high-end residential, education, and retail. As part of our team, you'll collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to deliver outstanding project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Enable project delivery to meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Document using Revit
  • Understand and apply the NCC to your work
  • Coordinate with external consultants to achieve seamless project integration.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.
  • Support creative and client-focused design solutions.
  • Foster strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with leadership on client and stakeholder engagement.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

Essential

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate consultants
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • 6+ years of experience in Architecture
  • Extensive multi-residential experience
  • Highly skilled in Revit
  • Experience with design software like Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or Enscape.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and a commitment to maintain design intent
  • Ability to work independently, as well as strong collaboration skills
  • Understanding of the NCC
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Desired

  • Experience in residential or education will be highly regarded
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think imaginatively.
