As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an exceptional Associate Director to drive business expansion, grow Funds Under Management (FUM), acquire new clients, and recruit top talent to build and strengthen our team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Drive the acquisition of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
• Expand Funds Under Management (FUM) by identifying and securing investment opportunities.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies that align with KOSEC's long-term market expansion objectives.
• Establish and manage strong referral channels and strategic partnerships to consistently generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities across KOSEC's range of financial services.

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of financial professionals, including Private Wealth Consultants and Advisors.
• Lead, mentor, and coach team members to ensure they achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Foster a high-performance culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
• Provide strategic leadership to drive operational efficiency and client service excellence.

Market Expertise & Investment Strategy

• Deliver institutional-grade investment insights and market intelligence to clients and internal teams.
• Oversee and enhance KOSEC's investment research, portfolio management, and financial advisory services.
• Stay ahead of financial markets, economic trends, and global investment opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.

Client Relations & Compliance

• Maintain the highest standards of client service, professional ethics, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent KOSEC at industry events, investor forums, and networking functions to enhance the firm's brand and influence.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, corporate clients, and institutional investors.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive experience in financial services, stockbroking, private wealth management, or investment banking.
• Proven success in business development, client acquisition, and FUM growth.
• Established networks and referral channels that contribute to business expansion.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, mentoring, and leading high-performance teams.
• Expertise in financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio management.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• RG146 compliance or relevant financial accreditation.
