Clinical Manager, Rehabilitation and Outcomes

About This Role

• Ongoing, full-time role earning $138,631 to $ 162,076 per year (VPS Grade 6.1) plus super.

What You Will Do
As a clinical manager, you will lead a team that helps young people in custody and community address the causes of their offending and empower them to make positive changes.

You Will

• Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitation services that addresses complex behaviours and support reintegration.
• Contribute to strategic oversight of clinical operations, ensuring quality service delivery and efficient resource use.
• Manage and develop staff through supervision, training and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with partners and other justice professionals to coordinate rehabilitation and behaviour management programs.
• Advise senior leaders on complex clinical issues, program design and service improvements.

About You
You will be registered as a psychologist, social worker, mental health nurse or occupational therapist. You will also hold a full driver's licence.

You Should Also Have

• Experience leading high-performing teams within complex service environments.
• Strong clinical expertise in rehabilitation and behavioural intervention, ideally in a custodial or forensic context.
• The ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships across disciplines and cultures.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenging clinical situations.
• A passion for developing others and fostering a learning culture that supports evidence-based practice.
