UON's business centres around the design, manufacturing, supply, construction and maintenance of remote, off-grid power and water infrastructure, with many of the products manufactured in UON's Malaga facility, based on proprietary and patented designs.

About The Opportunity:

UON are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our energy team in Kalgoorlie for a role that supports operational excellence and commercial integrity.

  • Engage with Clients for simpler solutions at an enquiry stage or site issues/change outs.
  • Familiarisation and review of UON policy & procedure execution and reporting thereof.
  • Ensure UON T&Cs are primary commercial basis of engagement.
  • Process all UON proforma invoices ensuring they are in on time.
  • All contract variations addressed and submitted on time.
  • Managing client compliance with UON T&C's i.e. Daily run sheets, maintenance records etc.
  • Maintain, develop and improve professional working relationships with all past, existing and future clients in accordance with UON Vision and Values, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Proven experience in Energy Operations Co Ordinator roles preferably in an Energy environment for power generation and/or dewatering environment.
  • Technical experience in equipment manufacturing or maintenance or operation of a range of equipment.
  • Experienced with development and management of safety systems.
  • Experience with Invoicing and commercial invoices

Qualification Desired:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, or related discipline.
  • Certificate IV in Business Management.
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management
