About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Operations Team Member with strong café management and barista experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality but is looking to take the next step into operations, training, and support while enjoying a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coffee training and support to franchise partners and their teams.
  • Conduct auditsto ensure quality, consistency, and compliance across franchised stores.
  • Work with franchisees to help grow turnover in your allocated stores.
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and approved supplier stock.
  • Oversee quality control and product standards across the network.
  • Assist with product development and rollouts of new menu items.

About You

You may currently be a café manager or head barista who is ready to move into a new challenge while staying connected to the hospitality industry. You'll bring:

Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced café environment.
  • Strong barista and coffee knowledge with the ability to train others.
  • Proven management experience leading café or F&B teams.
  • Full café management experience is essential for this role.
  • Availability to work occasional weekends for training or new store openings.
  • Willingness totravel intrastate and interstate when required.
  • Interstate travel will be required on a monthly or less frequent basis.
  • Some franchise exposure would be helpful for this operations role.
