Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Team Member, located in Sydney, NSW. The Operations Team Member will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including overseeing operations, Responsibilities also include maintaining effective communication with team members and clients, as well as supporting sales and customer service functions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- proficient with Cargowise is a must
- Effective Communication skills to interact with team members and clients
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in freight forwarding is a must.
