Overview

All About Turf is looking for a Sales Representative/Project Manager for the East Brisbane Area to join our team. We are looking for someone who is sales driven and highly motivated, some might say you enjoy the thrill of the chase.

This role is best suited to someone fit and active, enjoys working outdoors and someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.

We specialise in Natural and Synthetic turf on Residential and Commercial projects.

Full training will be given to the right applicant. If you have a willingness to learn whilst utilising your existing skillset, this could be the role you have been looking for.

  • Be willing and open to learning new skills and products.
  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Attend worksites, project manage whilst building and maintaining a strong repour with staff and subcontractors. Assist with supplies where required to complete jobs effectively.
  • Account management - Schedule appointments and maintain business relationships with key clients, whilst being proactive and scheduling any upcoming works.
  • Generate new business leads as well as identifying potential new clients through all mediums of communication.

  • Be prepared to travel where needed for potential new business leads.

  • Have a good understanding of the road network in the greater Brisbane, East Brisbane, Ipswich, and Sunshine coast regions.

  • East Brisbane based preferred, but not essential. Applicant must be willing to travel for work.

  • Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely.

  • Enjoy working outdoors as well as in an office environment.
  • Attend Schedule meetings.
  • Attend Sales meetings – giving feedback on market conditions, new clients, customer issues and operational matters for the install team and subcontractors.
  • Report sales figures/intel to Sales Manager to better identify market conditions.
  • Provide an end-to-end service to all customers from quoting stages right through to job completion, ensuring a great outcome for both parties.

The position is a full-time base Salary + Superannuation. Company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop will be provided. Once you are established, we will then reward with an uncapped commission structure.
