Key Job Functions & Accountabilities

  • We pride ourselves on giving our customers an exceptional buying experience and providing a high level of service and support to our service customers.
  • Lead, motivate and develop Service and Workshop departments
  • Oversea daily operations to ensure compliance with franchise standards
  • Ensuring every customer receives exceptional service by maintaining high standards of communication, efficiency, and care — building strong, long-term relationships with customers and the wider community.
  • Monitor department financial performance, budgets and key performance indicators.
  • Work closely with dealership leadership team to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in an automotive service environment and/or managerial role
  • Highly developed customer and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets and meet business targets
  • Results orientated, decisive and ability to make quick decisions, in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, experience with a DMS systems highly regarded
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and/or relevant trade qualification highly regarded
  • Valid C class driver's license mandatory
