All about you:

  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to grow.
  • 1+years experience as a Supervisor in a full service restaurant environment.
  • Exposure to maintaining budgets and labour costs.
  • Fair understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards.
  • A current RSA
  • Ability to lead and motivate your team.
  • Ability to work a rotating 7- day roster including weekends & public holidays.
  • Working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S.
