Open Roles:

  • Junior Servers – You're the face of the pizza party. Friendly? Fast on your feet? Can carry three plates without panicking? Let's talk.
  • Bartenders/Servers – Shake, stir, pour, repeat. If you know your way around a cocktail shaker and can chat up a crowd while keeping cool under pressure, you're in. There is also an opportunity for the right person to assist in the training & supervising of your FOH team when on shift.
  • Junior Dishwashers – The unsung heroes of the kitchen. You like things clean, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine.

What We're Looking For:

  • A love for food and a serious appreciation for pizza
  • Some restaurant experience is a plus, but not required for juniors — we'll train the right person
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Must be able to handle the heat (literally) in a busy kitchen
  • Availability Mon-Sat including over summer. In particular, Fri & Sat nights, including public and school holidays. We work as a team, so flexibility to cover other staff Mon-Sat when required.
