About Us
JAS Oceania is a National Wholesaler of Automotive Rotating Electrical, Air-Conditioning, Accessories and Lighting products, servicing the Auto Electrical sector.
Job Summary
We are seeking an internal Customer Service/Parts Interpreter to join our team, based out of our Virginia Branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety is our priority – proactively ensure you and the team are operating in a safe environment
- Respond to inbound calls and face to face customers in the branch, providing pricing and parts availability
- Process invoices & credits
- Assist with picking and packing and stock takes as required
Your Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus
- An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
- Good attention to detail
- Previous parts interpreter experience or experience with automotive / mechanical or electrical parts would be an advantage
- Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to work in all areas of the business
