Workfast is currently hiring Multi-Skilled Crew Workers with Traffic Control experience to join our dynamic Road Sealing Team based in Laverton, VIC.

This is a long-term opportunity starting 13th October, with accommodation provided, a work vehicle, and great earning potential

*What You'll Be Doing:*

  • Traffic control using Stop/Slow bat
  • Road spray sealing, vegetation maintenance & general labouring
  • Operating plant and assisting with sealing works
  • Implementing Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
  • Liaising with crew and updating TMPs as required
  • Loading/unloading and maintaining traffic control equipment

*What You Need:*

  • HR, HC or MC Licence (minimum 1 year of experience)
  • Traffic Control Tickets (valid)
  • White Card
  • Current Police Check
  • Fit to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol test
  • Strong safety focus and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work 5–6 days/week, in all weather

*What You'll Get:*

  • $37.66/hr + Overtime + Super
  • $105/day LAFHA (Living Away From Home Allowance)
  • Accommodation provided for away work
  • Work vehicle provided during work hours
  • Weekly pay + penalty rates
  • Immediate start on 13th October
  • 9–12 months of steady, ongoing work
