Operations Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising the daily running of our Sameday Taxi Truck division.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage Daily Operations: You will oversee the daily operations of our Sameday Taxi Truck division, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead Team Members: You will lead a team of drivers and staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Adhere to Regulations: You will ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, including WHS, COR, NHVR, and FedEx policies and procedures.
  • Meet Customer Requirements: You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure that we meet their delivery requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: You will have significant experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Skills: You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications: You will have a strong understanding of transportation regulations and procedures.
