About the Role
- Full Time Fixed-Term (Leave Replacement)

- Teaching across 7-12 (subject to final timetable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Science and Biology lessons in line with MGGS curriculum frameworks.
- Create safe, inclusive, and collaborative learning environments that support diverse learners.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and team-based approaches.
- Integrate digital technologies to enhance student learning.
- Uphold MGGS's Child Safety policies and practices at all times.
About You:
- Hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or can gain VIT registration. Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Deep understanding of curriculum requirements and best practice teaching strategies
- Skilled at building meaningful, respectful relationships with students and colleagues
- Enthusiastic about introducing innovative, student-centred teaching methods that inspire and engage
- Collaborative and creative mindset, committed to enhancing learning programs and student outcomes

- As MGGS staff, volunteers, contractors, and any other members of our school community involved in child-connected work, we are responsible for supporting and promoting the safety of children.

Our policies and procedures will provide the name and contact details of staff who have specific responsibilities in relation to child safety and who may receive reports of suspicion of child abuse. Child abuse includes sexual offences, grooming, physical violence, serious emotional or psychological harm, serious neglect and a child's exposure to family violence.
