Plumber - FIFO

Adelaide, South Australia SOS Personnel Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

SOS Personnel is seeking an experienced plumber to become an integral part of our client's operations.

The position will be offered on a 8/6 roster with FIFO from Adelaide or Pt Augusta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and/or commercial environments
  • Read and interpret plans and specifications
  • Inspect plumbing systems to identify and diagnose issues, ensuring prompt and effective repairs.
  • Collaborate with contractors, construction teams, and other professionals to coordinate plumbing work.
  • Ensure all plumbing installations comply with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing of plumbing systems to prevent issues and ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including materials used and time spent.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

  • Valid plumbing license/certification.
  • Current Police Certificate.
  • Extensive experience as a commercial or residential plumber.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and residential plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with relevant plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality and strong working ethic.
  • White Card.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Other licences/tickets an advantage

You must also be able to pass a medical along with drug and alcohol test.
