Position: Trade Assistants

RJE Global is expanding its workforce for the construction of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), wind farms, and critical resource and power infrastructure projects nationwide. We're seeking motivated, safety-focused professionals to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact across multiple landmark projects.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Carrying out physical/manual labour tasks safely, including lifting and transporting materials

Assisting tradespeople such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters with hands-on support

Operating and maintaining hand tools, small plant, and equipment safely

Following safety procedures and helping maintain a safe work environment

Performing general housekeeping duties as needed

Attending pre-start and toolbox meetings

Reviewing and contributing to Safe Work Method Statements and signing on as required

What You\'ll Need:

Valid Driver's Licence

Construction White Card

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and random drug & alcohol testing

Highly Regarded Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills

Ability to work effectively in a team supporting skilled tradespeople

Leading Hand and/or Supervisory experience

Truck Driver's Licence (HR/HC/MC)

High-risk work Licence – WP, CN, DG, RB, LF, SB

Safe Work at Heights certification

Prior experience on construction projects

Ability to read and interpret layout and general arrangement drawings
