- Team Leadership:Managing, mentoring, and providing leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Operational Oversight:Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including accounting systems, payroll, and other transactions.
- External Relations:Liaising with external stakeholders such as banks and auditors, and ensuring smooth audit processes.
