We are seeking a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst who is passionate about the intersection of finance, data, and technology. This role offers an opportunity to work directly with institutional clients, REITs, developers, and asset managers—helping them underwrite, structure, and execute deals using UnlockLand's intelligence platform.

What You'll Do

• Conduct underwriting and due diligence across REITs, development projects, and land portfolios using UnlockLand's proprietary data models.
• Build and maintain financial models and scenario simulations to assess IRR, ROI, absorption, and risk.
• Support deal structuring, investor presentations, and feasibility reports for client and internal projects.
• Collaborate with UnlockLand's AI, data, and product teams to refine platform analytics and improve investment workflows.
• Research industry trends, zoning changes, market transactions, and capital flows to identify opportunities.
• Assist in client relationship management, including the preparation of pitch decks, proposals, and insight reports.
• Participate in the design and testing of UnlockLand's valuation and decision intelligence modules.
• Contribute to transaction documentation, term sheets, and credit/investment committee materials.
• Conduct post-closing monitoring of asset performance, benchmarking, and variance analysis.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Proven record of academic or professional achievement in investment, financial modeling, or real estate
• Strong understanding of DCF modeling, capital stack structuring, and risk assessment

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, or proptech finance
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
• Experience using or designing AI/ML-based financial or geospatial models is a plus
