Role overview: Part-time Senior Graphic Designer (3-4 days per week)

As an in-house Part-Time Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a lead role in shaping the creative direction and visual identity of our clients. You'll work closely with our Managing Director, Project Managers, and Creative Team to elevate our visual communications and lead design initiatives across our diverse client portfolio and channels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute creative design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct research, generate innovative visual concepts, and present compelling ideas across the full marketing mix to elevate our clients' brand presence.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to translate strategic briefs into visual design solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our work fresh and competitive.
  • Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency with other design tools including Adobe After Effects or Premier Pro favourable.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience across the full marketing mix is essential - print, digital/social, branding, advertising, packaging and web.
  • Experience leading design projects and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • A keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly, can-do attitude and flexible working approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Enjoy collaborating with a team of passionate and experienced creatives and project managers.
  • Understanding of design accessibility principles (WCAG 2.1 AA) preferred, but not mandatory.
