We're seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our People Connect team.
In this role, you will play a key part in our People Connect function and are responsible for delivering quality, effective and timely generalist HR advice and case management support to internal customers through face-to-face, phone and email support.
Provide high-quality trusted HR advice and service to all employees on all HR related enquiries including:
+ Support with self-service and advice and resolution of HR related queries
+ Support for people or leader issues
+ Performance management issues
+ Remuneration and recognition support
+ Support the job change and internal transfer process
+ Learning/training course advice and administration
+ Support HR Projects team in various people related projects and initiatives
+ Opportunity to support and shadow our HR Business Partners on case management including performance management, and absenteeism
**Who are you?**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
+ Demonstrated experience in a systems/process Human Resource role, working in a business partnering role
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
