Media Assistant to the Director of Media

Expressions of interest are invited for the position of Media Assistant to the Director of Media.

About the Job

This position provides professional executive support to the Director to ensure the smooth and productive operation of administration and office processes across the media team, maximising efficiency and managing the flow of information and documents in a timely way, including the external distribution of media materials

We are seeking a confident and proactive individual who can work to deadlines, with a high degree of detail and accuracy in their work.

A strong focus on service delivery, strong IT skills and the ability to be highly organised in a fast-paced environment is required.

About You

The successful candidates will have at least three to five years' experience as an Executive Assistant, strong organisational skills, a positive mindset and a commitment to contributing to a service-oriented and high-functioning team in the Office of the Premier.

Our ideal candidate will hold a genuine interest in working for a political office and is committed to the values of the Allan Labor Government.
