We're Hiring: Mobile Personal Trainer (NDIS Clients)

About Us:

We're a growing mobile personal training business specialising in supporting NDIS participants to improve their strength, mobility, confidence, and independence through fitness. We value patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping people through movement.

The Role:

We're looking for a personal trainer/fitness professional to join our small team. You'll work with NDIS participants in their homes, local parks, or gyms – providing safe, fun, and supportive training sessions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)

  • ABN (or willing to apply)

  • Reliable transport (mobile role)

  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable

  • Experience with NDIS participants is a bonus, but not essential – training provided

Hours:

  • Flexible, casual hours to start (you set your availability)

  • Potential to grow into more sessions as demand increases
