About the role

Join the team at a fast pace dine-in, takeaway as a Chef/Cook in our vibrant restaurant located 30min to Rockhampton. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment, preparing and serving delicious meals. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional, quality meals to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes from our diverse menu using fresh, quality ingredients
  • Ensuring all meals are presented to a consistent standard
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic work environment in the kitchen.
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety and food hygiene regulations.

What we're looking for


• experience as a Chef/Cook

  • A passion for cooking
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to communicate in English or Vietnamese.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
  • Experience with Asian cooking (wok cooking)
