About the Role
As an Account Manager for our Managed Services team, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening our client relationships. Your expertise in managed services and in-depth understanding of our clients' business needs will be the foundation for delivering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. As the trusted advisor, you'll collaborate closely with clients, guiding them through comprehensive range of services to enhance their operational efficiency and drive growth. Your business acumen and strategic mindset will enable you to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling contributing to the company's growth and success.
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum 3 years' experience within a Managed Services (MSP) environment.
- Experience in an IT client-facing role in technical sales, account management, sales administration (service contract renewals, database renewal, preparation of quotes).
- Knowledge and experience working with clients to assist in the design and delivery of IT solutions.
- Solid Microsoft Product knowledge, Azure, Office 365, VMware, Intune, and Hosted Solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation, and motivational skills.
- Ability to build solid and trusting relationships.
