About Us
The story of Toby's Estate began in 1997, in the grungy streets of Woolloomooloo, armed with Mum's garage, a beat-up coffee roaster and passion on tap, we set out on a wild adventure of business and coffee discovery. Not concerned with the frills of it all, but just that we were consistently consistent in roasting the tastiest coffee we could and treating all the people in our world like family. The Role
Are you passionate about coffee and looking for an exciting opportunity to be a part of a thriving coffee business? Join our team as a Production Assistant on a casual basis in our state-of-the-art roastery and contribute to creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and grow within the coffee industry.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, responsibilities include communicating the volume of coffee beans required for extra roasting to the Roasters based on pack list information. This involves managing stock and ensuring replenishment as necessary. Additionally, the position entails production duties such as operating machinery, completing documentation, and performing general manufacturing tasks. Stock takes and inventory control are essential aspects, along with maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to good manufacturing practices. Collaboration within a production team is also integral to the role.

About You
You'll have an eye for details and a willingness to embrace new knowledge. Others regard you as a team player who readily accepts challenges and consistently prioritises quality assurance. Previous production and machine operation experience in the FMCG space is essential.
