About the business and the role

We are a small family owned cabinetmaking business with over 15 years in the industry. We are looking for an admin allrounder to assist with the day to day duties. The office is closed Wednesdays so the role is part-time and we are looking for an experienced person to work 28 hours a week.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling jobs
  • Replying to emails
  • Quote and Invoice prep in Xero
  • Filing
  • Other office related tasks
  • Order of materials

Skills and experience

Experience with MS Office and Xero will be an advantage. We would prefer a person with at least 3 years experience in a similar role. Some knowledge of the industry would be an advantage but not required.
