About the role
As Sales Development Manager, you'll drive growth across a hospital territory spanning from Sydney's northern metro through Newcastle and into regional areas up to the QLD border.
This is more than a sales role, it's about creating meaningful partnerships that improve well-being and make a positive impact on people, society, and the planet.
Ideally based north of Sydney, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, lead strategic initiatives, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative healthcare solutions to life. From researching market trends and building relationships to negotiating contracts and driving projects, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how we grow in a purpose-led way.
What You Will Do:

Drive new customer acquisition and expand business with existing accounts.

Plan and optimize territory activities and resources for maximum outcomes.

Leverage CRM, Power BI, and internal systems for data-driven decision-making and activity tracking.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Create persuasive customer proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales with Commercial Excellence support.

Collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategies and deliver customer solutions.

Provide coaching, mentorship, and support onboarding of new team members.

Contribute to broader business projects as needed.

Who You Are:
You bring 3–5 years' experience in the healthcare sector, ideally with exposure to state health bodies such as NSW HealthShare. You have a growth mindset, a creative approach to identifying new business opportunities, and the commercial acumen to drive sustainable results. Proactive and self-motivated, you are comfortable working independently across a broad regional territory. You will also bring;

Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing contracts, tenders, and business agreements.

A proven track record of delivering sustainable, profitable sales in the health and medical sector.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and broader IT tools.

Collaborative leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, and fluency in English.

A valid driver's license and access to a car.
