Associate Credit Analyst

With a broad remit across credit analysis and decisioning, customer relationship management and the delivery of ethical and responsible credit practices, our Underwriting team is a key strategic interface with a varied range of internal stakeholders. Working with world-class technology platforms and comprehensive data, you will be empowered to analyse and assess credit applications, enabling a best-in-class experience for customers who choose to shop with Zip.
Beyond experience in the customer credit or banking sectors, Zipsters who are often successful in this team appreciate collaboration, excellence in customer service and the value of data-driven decision making.
What you'll own and support
- Assess line of credit applications within the company's credit policy guidelines
 - Analyse application data to determine creditworthiness and approval amounts for large volumes of customers
 - Liaise with customers when required to ensure a high level of credit analysis and decisioning
 - Proactively seek to improve credit risk and control standards to directly impact Zip's commercial outcomes
 - Assist with additional Credit-related ad-hoc tasks as required
