About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and proactive HSEQ professional who will assist in developing and implementing Health Safety Environment programs in accordance with relevant policies and legislation. The role will see you.

  • Assist with designing and leading our safety training academy, whilst promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement
  • Partner with operational teams to translate HSEQ requirements into practical, effective solutions.
  • Support risk assessments, audits and incident investigations focused on learning and improvement.
  • Deliver engaging inductions, training and coaching to build HSEQ capability across teams.
  • Develop, implement and review Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Plans.
  • Monitor site conditions, identify hazards and provide timely, hands-on HSEQ support.
  • Collaborate with contractors and project teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate clearly and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Be our Champion leading best practice across all facets of our business

About You

  • Certification in IV in training and assessment
  • Cert IV in Health and Safety (minimum) – Essential
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HSEQ initiatives and drive operational quality on-site
  • Well-rounded experience across safety, environment and quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Adopts a growth mindset mentality
  • Ability to think quick and outside of the square
