**About the Position**

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and proactive HSEQ professional who will assist in developing and implementing Health Safety Environment programs in accordance with relevant policies and legislation. The role will see you.

- Assist with designing and leading our safety training academy, whilst promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement
- Partner with operational teams to translate HSEQ requirements into practical, effective solutions.
- Support risk assessments, audits and incident investigations focused on learning and improvement.
- Deliver engaging inductions, training and coaching to build HSEQ capability across teams.
- Develop, implement and review Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Plans.
- Monitor site conditions, identify hazards and provide timely, hands-on HSEQ support.
- Collaborate with contractors and project teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Communicate clearly and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Be our Champion leading best practice across all facets of our business

**About You**

- Certification in IV in training and assessment
- Cert IV in Health and Safety (minimum) - Essential
- Demonstrated ability to lead HSEQ initiatives and drive operational quality on-site
- Well-rounded experience across safety, environment and quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Adopts a growth mindset mentality
- Ability to think quick and outside of the square
