Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Product Owner to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs. This is an exciting opportunity to lead product development and drive innovation in a collaborative environment, contributing significantly to our business success. Responsibilities: - Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders. - Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time. - Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and users to inform product decisions. - Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement. - Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights. - Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively. - Ability to analyze market trends and user feedback to drive product improvements. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. - Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
