What's the role?

The Product Owner is accountable for designing customer journeys and marketing campaigns that are effective, customer-focused, and aligned with best practices. Key responsibilities include managing and prioritizing the product backlog, defining a roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, and participating in Agile sprint planning. They craft clear user stories with acceptance criteria, embrace iterative development, and leverage customer feedback for continuous improvement. Additionally, the role requires strong leadership and influence to guide development teams and stakeholders toward achieving the product vision and strategic goals.

What do I need?
  • Currently operating at the Product Owner level
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO), and MarTech stacks to build and configure customer journeys and actionable roadmaps.
  • Skilled in audience segmentation, journey building, lifecycle strategies, and campaign performance monitoring.
  • Proven ability to mentor marketing teams and work effectively within agile squads or cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of privacy, consent, compliance requirements, and ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
  •  Excellent communicator, adept at explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
