We are looking for a dynamic and strategic
Product Owner
to lead the development and delivery of innovative solutions in the
Business Banking
domain. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, a passion for building impactful products, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward a shared vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, maintain, and prioritize a well-structured
    Product Backlog
    aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment across teams
  • Translate product vision into actionable
    user stories
    , features, and
    acceptance criteria
  • Clearly communicate the
    product strategy, roadmap, and business objectives
    to all stakeholders
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to the development team, ensuring clarity and focus on delivery
  • Review deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and business expectations
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the product delivers real value

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a
    Product Owner
    or
    Product Manager
    in an Agile environment
  • Strong domain knowledge in
    Business Banking
    or related financial services (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute a clear
    product vision and strategy
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management
    skills
  • Strong
    decision-making
    and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing
    cross-functional teams
    of 10–15 members or more
  • Good to have: a
    technical background
    or understanding of software development processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Agile certifications (e.g.,
    CSPO
    ,
    SAFe PO/PM
    ) are a plus
