What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee sales paperwork, contracts, and settlements
  • Keep CRM and client databases accurate and up to date
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, property listings, and client follow-ups
  • Handle financial tracking, trust accounts, and commissions
  • Support agents throughout the sales process to ensure seamless transactions

About You:

  • Previous real estate administration or sales support experience
  • Comfortable using CRMs (Agentbox is a bonus) and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Proactive, reliable, and a great communicator
  • Passionate about real estate and client service
