We are seeking a self-motivated internal Sales Account Executive to join the highly regarded Sabco Professional Team in their North Strathfield, Sydney office.
About the role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your part in maintaining this relationship/alliance is pivotal to continued business success and requires a commitment to:

Manage a portfolio of existing loyal customers & provide exceptional customer service.

Maintain and build relationships with customers.
-
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.

Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and accounts, to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Assist in managing sales quotes, tenders, and administration for customers as well as managing new customer enquiries.

Document Control - General admin duties including maintaining quote resources, templates, and forms.

Provide internal support to the wider sales team.

Assist in resolving customer issues in collaboration with sales, operations, and customer service teams.
Skills and Experience
You will be joining a dynamic and highly motivated national sales team.

Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Great telephone manner.

B2B industry experience preferable.
