About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Casual Grounds Crew Member to join our operations team on an on-call basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, hands-on work with no set rostered hours. Shifts will be offered as required to support our team, primarily on Wednesdays and Saturdays, Tuesdays and Fridays may be required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with market set-up and pack-down.
  • General site and grounds maintenance, including cleaning and waste removal.
  • Support the operations team with manual handling and infrastructure tasks.
  • Help ensure the market site remains safe, tidy, and welcoming for all visitors.

About You

  • Physically fit and able to perform manual, outdoor work.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
  • Flexible availability and able to work at short notice when required.
  • Experience in grounds maintenance, labouring, or similar roles is an advantage but not essential.
