**About the Role**
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Casual Grounds Crew Member to join our operations team on an **on-call basis**. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, hands-on work with no set rostered hours. Shifts will be offered as required to support our team, primarily on **Wednesdays and Saturdays**, Tuesdays and Fridays may be required from time to time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with market set-up and pack-down.
- General site and grounds maintenance, including cleaning and waste removal.
- Support the operations team with manual handling and infrastructure tasks.
- Help ensure the market site remains safe, tidy, and welcoming for all visitors.

**About You**
- Physically fit and able to perform manual, outdoor work.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
- Flexible availability and able to work **at short notice** when required.
- Experience in grounds maintenance, labouring, or similar roles is an advantage but not essential.
