Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Melbourne Area for a Production Estimator in the Senior Package segment of new home construction. The Production Estimator will handle detailed construction estimating, including quantity take-offs, budget reviews, and cost management for new home packages. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate budgeting and effective communication with stakeholders to support the growth and efficiency of homebuilding projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Construction Estimating and performing Quantity Take-offs
  • Experience in Budgeting and Cost Management for construction projects
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing estimates and budgets
  • Relevant qualifications in Building and Construction, Estimating, or a related field
  • Proficiency with estimation software and tools is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in residential construction or homebuilding will be an advantage
