We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Director (2IC) / Educational Leader to lead our brand-new 106-place service in Mount Pritchard, opening in November/December 2025. This role offers an immediate start, giving you the opportunity to play a key part in the lead-up to the opening.

About the role:
- Provide guidance and direction to educators through collaboration
- Offer support to educators to effectively implement the planning cycle to enhance practices and programs
- Lead, develop and implement effective and valuable educational programs within the service
- Ensure all learning is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework
- Encourage and demonstrate appropriate and respectful communication and behaviours within the service
About you:
- ACECQA Approved Diploma or Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Experience in a similar role advantageous
- Current Working with Children Check
- Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
- Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Strong computer skills
- Current approved First Aid Certificate
- Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
