Your Role

The M365 Developer will act as the primary SME, providing technical, process, and functional advice to the business. As the Microsoft Power Platform expert, you will take a leading role in the design, development, and implementation of innovative low-code/no-code solutions that drive efficiency and enhance user experience across the organisation.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital workplace. Your expertise will guide the strategic evolution of our enterprise applications, ensuring they are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design & delivery of technical roadmaps that enhance the technology experience through the continuous improvement of our enterprise applications
• Provide technical expertise and support for the broader M365 platform
• Design & implement technical solutions across the M365 platform, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform & Dataverse using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
• Develop cost-effective, fit for purpose solutions that appropriately balance experience and cost
• Translate business needs into technical solutions that drive efficiency and innovation
• Manage multiple projects with a focus on prioritisation and timely delivery

Skills & Experience

• Microsoft and relevant industry certifications coupled with 3-5 years of experience with the Microsoft application stack
• Solid technical knowledge of Microsoft applications - SharePoint Online & Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
• Strong coding skills in C#, JavaScript, .NET, HTML/CSS, and scripting languages
• Strong project management / business analysis skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional user experiences
