We're looking for a
Senior Developer
to join our
Web Development Team
and play a key role in shaping the future of our digital platforms. If you're passionate about building meaningful technology, love solving complex problems, and want your work to make a genuine impact - this role is for you.

What you'll do

  • Develop and deliver high-quality digital products across Care & Co | Media platforms
  • Lead front-end (Vue/JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and back-end (PHP/Laravel) development
  • Support cloud infrastructure (AWS) and internal business systems
  • Contribute to agile sprint planning, solution design, and project delivery
  • Mentor developers and collaborate across teams
  • Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable systems that support millions of users

What you'll bring

  • Strong skills in PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and Linux environments
  • Experience with frameworks like Laravel and
  • Hands-on project leadership and agile development experience
  • Strong communication skills - able to simplify complex technical ideas
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to mentor others
  • (Bonus) Experience in aged care, health, or disability sectors
