What You'll Be Doing
We are seeking a Network Engineer with the ability to work in a demanding environment with an enthusiastic sense of customer support.
You will be, under direction from Snr Engineers, managing the day to day operations of the Client networks, monitor and respond to incidents\problems within SLA's, planning and deploying updates under change to ensure the security of the environment and assist in upgrades.

What will make you succesful?
- At least 5+ years' experience in an ICT Network Engineering role at level 2 hands-on capacity
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of ICT Infrastructure including LAN, WIFI and servers and systems
- Experience in wired and wireless LAN/WAN networking technologies deployments and troubleshooting.
- Well-developed understanding of service management principles and procedures, ICT service strategies and lifecycle plans.
- Understanding of key network and systems security best practice principles
- Ability to demonstrate previous experience in working in a project team
- Experience in a managed service provider environment is highly regarded
- Implementation: Oversee the deployment and configuration of network infrastructure components.
- Testing: Create and execute test plans to validate network designs and configurations.
- Documentation: Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation, including as-built designs and network diagrams.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align network designs with business objectives.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are a must
- Advanced organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
