We are seeking a casual female support worker to provide Community Social and Recreational Activities to one of our clients in Leongatha.

  • Provide direct support to NDIS participant in line with their individual care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Support clients in accessing social and community activities to promote inclusion.
  • Provide transport assistance for appointments, shopping, and recreational activities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and incident reports.
  • Follow NDIS guidelines, company policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Uphold workplace health and safety practices to ensure a secure environment for all.

Licence/Certification:

  • Certificate III in Disability or Aged Care Services
  • First Aid Certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Driver Licence with own car
  • National Police Certificate (Preferred)
  • Working with Children Check (Preferred)
