What you'll do:
The purpose of the role is to connect with tradespeople all around Australia to help them grow their business by communicating the benefits they will receive by using the platform. As part of this role, you will:
- Engage with potential clients and develop relationships to identify business opportunities
- From the initial interactions to closing the deal, you'll have direct communication with customers, building long term relationships with new and existing trades clients
- Promote the benefits of using the platform
- Enjoy some friendly competition and smashing your weekly KPI targets
What you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or customer service role (or impress us with an attitude and desire to learn)
- Have a charismatic personality and be someone our clients want to talk to
- Have a growth mindset and a desire to be successful
- Be proactive knowing you get out what you put in
- Have an ability to focus on the end goal and solve problems along the way
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Be reliable and collaborative within a team based environment
- Must have valid Australian work rights or visa to work in Australia
- Be comfortable conducting sales activities primarily through phone calls with clients
