What You Will Be Working On

This role blends strategy with hands-on leadership. You'll partner closely with HQ while empowering venue managers and reservations teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Key focus areas:

  • Developing and embedding SOPs and scalable systems that align with company values.
  • Leading the rollout of new tech tools, reservation platforms, and eCommerce.
  • Driving budgeting and P&L outcomes in partnership with finance.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, HR, and legal standards.
  • Overseeing daily operations across venues and reservations to maintain performance and guest care.
