Hunter Homes is seeking a proactive and well-presented Sales Associate – House & Land Packaging Support to assist in developing and managing house and land packages. This role involves building strong relationships with land developers, supporting the sales team, and ensuring seamless coordination of packages to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet & Greet Land Developers – Build and maintain strong relationships to secure premium land opportunities.
  • House & Land Package Coordination – Assist in creating and managing packages that align with market demand.
  • House & Land Website Backend Management: Oversee the maintenance and updates of the company's house and land website platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date listings, seamless functionality, and an optimal user experience. Work closely with internal teams and developers to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and enhance system efficiency to support sales and customer engagement.
  • Stakeholder Communication – Work closely with internal teams, sales consultants, and developers to ensure smooth processes.
  • Runway Understanding – A background in land estate planning and sales platforms like Runway would be highly beneficial.
  • Market & Industry Awareness – Stay informed on land availability, market trends, and competitor activity.

About You:

  • Well-presented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales, real estate, or house & land packaging (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong ability to build relationships, negotiate, and problem-solve.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Understanding of Runway or similar platforms would be an advantage.
