  • Optimise workflows, support team development, and lead continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, and modern manufacturing practices.

What IOR are Looking For:
Are you a hands-on professional who brings energy, precision, and pride to their work? Whether you're leading a team, fabricating infrastructure, or wiring complex systems, we value people who thrive in fast-paced environments, champion safety and quality, and are ready to grow with a business that's powering Australia's future. If you're driven by impact and eager to be part of a high-performing team, we want to hear from you.
